How do I add a new child to my account?
Go to Settings > Child profiles and tap “Add family member”. Enter their name and age, then save.
How are points calculated for tasks?
You set the points when you create each task. Your child earns them when they complete the task and you approve it.
Can I set recurring tasks?
Yes. When creating or editing a task, turn on repeat and choose daily, weekly or monthly.
How do rewards work?
Create rewards with point costs in the Rewards section. A child with enough points requests a reward, and you approve or decline the request on the Rewards screen.
Can I edit or delete tasks after creating them?
Yes. In task details, use the pencil icon at the top right to edit, or "Delete task" at the bottom to delete.
How do I change notification settings?
Use the Push notifications switch under Settings > Preferences. If you previously denied permission on iPhone, turn it on in the iPhone Settings app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your parent account and your family's AI reports. When the last parent of a family deletes their account, the whole family is erased.
